Many Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford Scholarships for students from developing countries. TU Delft Excellence Awards (Netherlands).

International students can apply for a variety of excellence scholarships at Delft University of Technology. One of these programs is the Justus & Louise van Effen Scholarship. It aims to financially support outstanding international MSc students who wish to study at TU Delft. This scholarship covers tuition fees as well as a monthly allowance to cover living expenses.

University of Maastricht Scholarships Netherlands

The University of Maastricht Scholarship Fund makes available the University of Maastricht Higher Potential Scholarships. This scholarship is intended to encourage talented students from the EEA who wish to study a master’s program at UM. These scholarships cover tuition fees, living expenses, visa costs and insurance.

Leiden University Excellence scholarships (Netherlands).

Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Programme is available to exceptional non-EU/EEA students enrolled in a master’s program offered by Leiden University. These scholarships are in the form: EUR10,000 tuition fee, EUR15,000 tuition fee or the total tuition fee less the statutory fee.

Erik Bleumink Scholarships University of Groningen Netherlands

The Erik Bleumink Fund Scholarships can be awarded to any 1-year or 2-year Master’s degree program offered by the University of Groningen. The grant covers tuition fees as well as the cost of international travel, subsistence and insurance.

VU Amsterdam Fellowship Programme Netherlands

Talented students from outside of the EU/EEA can apply for the VU Fellowship Programme (VUFP). This program allows them to study in a variety of Master’s programs at VU University. The scholarship does not include any tuition fees and is not eligible for living expenses or additional allowances.

Amsterdam Merit Scholarships (Netherlands).

The University of Amsterdam seeks to attract students from all over the globe, including those who are not part of the European Economic Area. The scholarship ranges from EUR2,000 to EUR25,000 depending on the faculty.

University of Twente Scholarships Netherlands

University Twente Scholarships are scholarships for outstanding students from EU/EEA and non EU/EEA countries who apply for a graduate program (MSc) at University of Twente. One-year scholarships are available in the amount of EUR 3,000 to EUR 25,000.

ETH Excellence Scholarships (Switzerland)

The ETH Excellence Scholarships are available to outstanding students from the ETH as well as from other universities (national or international) who wish to study their Master’s degrees at ETH Zurich. The scholarships include a partial or full grant that covers living and study expenses, as well as tuition fee waiver.

University of Lausanne Master’s Grant for Foreign Students Switzerland

Lund University Global Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program that recognizes outstanding academic students from outside of the European Union/European Economic Area (and Switzerland). It allows them to apply for a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree at Lund University. Scholarships may be awarded to cover 25%, 50% or 75% of tuition fees. This does not include living expenses.

Uppsala IPK Scholarships (Sweden)

Uppsala University provides scholarships for first-year applicants to Master Programmes at Uppsala University through various scholarships, including the Uppsala University IPK Scholarships. The scholarships will pay tuition fees but not living expenses.

Emile Boutmy Scholarships for International Students in Sciences Po (France).

Sciences Po established the Emile Boutmy Scholarship in memory of its founder to attract top international students from other countries. It was created to help first-time applicants who were not citizens of the European Union and have been admitted to a University’s Undergraduate or Master’s program. There are many options for the Emily Boutmy Master’s Programme. They can be taken in different forms, ranging from EUR5,000-EUR16,000 for two years of postgraduate studies or EUR3,000-EUR12,300 for three years of undergraduate education.

Schwarzman Scholars Program at Tsinghua University (China)
