Many Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford Scholarships for students from developing countries. These scholarships are available to students who cannot, due to political or financial issues, or lack of equivalent educational facilities, study in the UK. Utrecht University Excellence Scholarships (Netherlands)
A number of exceptional students are eligible to apply for the Utrecht Excellence Scholarship. This scholarship allows them to study a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in selected fields at Utrecht University. A scholarship can be granted to a select group of students that will cover the tuition fee and living expenses for a year totalling 11,000 euros.
Bologna University Study Aids for International Students (Italy).
International students are eligible to receive study grants from the University of Bologna. They can register for their First Cycle (Bachelors), Second Cycle, or Single Cycle Degree Programs at the University of Bologna. Each study grant is for one academic calendar year and covers all costs for the beneficiary.

Clarendon Scholarships University of Oxford UK
The Clarendon Fund, a major university scholarship program, offers around 140 scholarships each year to qualified graduate students (including international students). Clarendon Scholarships can be awarded on the basis of academic excellence or potential in all subjects that are graduate-level at the University of Oxford. All Clarendon Scholarships include tuition and college fees, as well as a generous grant to cover living expenses.

Gates Cambridge Scholarships (UK)
The Gates Cambridge Scholarships provide full-feet awards for graduate studies and research in all subjects at the University of Cambridge. The full cost of study at Cambridge is covered by the Gates Cambridge Scholarship, which includes university fees, maintenance allowances, airfare and other expenses.

Developing Solutions Scholarships University of Nottingham (UK).
The Developing Solution Scholarships are for international students who come from Africa, India, or other developing countries of the Commonwealth and want to study a Masters degree at Nottingham. They also aim to make a positive impact on their country’s development. There are 105 scholarships awarded each year. 30 scholarships cover the entire tuition fee, while 75 scholarships cover half of it.
TU Delft Excellence Awards (Netherlands).
International students can apply for a variety of excellence scholarships at Delft University of Technology. One of these programs is the Justus & Louise van Effen Scholarship. It aims to financially support outstanding international MSc students who wish to study at TU Delft. This scholarship covers tuition fees as well as a monthly allowance to cover living expenses.
University of Maastricht Scholarships Netherlands
The University of Maastricht Scholarship Fund makes available the University of Maastricht Higher Potential Scholarships. Leiden University Excellence scholarships (Netherlands).

Erik Bleumink Scholarships University of Groningen Netherlands

VU Amsterdam Fellowship Programme Netherlands

University of Twente Scholarships Netherlands
University Twente Scholarships are scholarships for outstanding students from EU/EEA and non EU/EEA countries who apply for a graduate program (MSc) at University of Twente. One-year scholarships are available in the amount of EUR 3,000 to EUR 25,000.
ETH Excellence Scholarships (Switzerland)
The ETH Excellence Scholarships are available to outstanding students from the ETH as well as from other universities (national or international) who wish to study their Master’s degrees at ETH Zurich. The scholarships include a partial or full grant that covers living and study expenses, as well as tuition fee waiver.
University of Lausanne Master’s Grant for Foreign Students Switzerland
International students can apply for scholarships at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. The grant amount is CHF 1,600. per month, from 15 September to 15, July, and for a period not exceeding the minimum regulation of the program.
University of Geneva Excellence Master Fellows (Switzerland).
In collaboration with many sponsors, the University of Geneva Faculty of Science has created an Excellence Fellowship Program to help outstanding and motivated candidates pursue a Master of Science degree in any of the fields covered by the Faculty. The Excellence Fellowship is a grant of CHF 10,000 to CHF 15,000 each year.
Lund University Scholarships for Non EU/EEA Students (Sweden).
Lund University Global Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program that recognizes outstanding academic students from outside of the European Union/European Economic Area (and Switzerland). It allows them to apply for a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree at Lund University. Scholarships may be awarded to cover 25%, 50% or 75% of tuition fees. This does not include living expenses.
Uppsala IPK Scholarships (Sweden)
Uppsala University provides scholarships for first-year applicants to Master Programmes at Uppsala University through various scholarships, including the Uppsala University IPK Scholarships. The scholarships will pay tuition fees but not living expenses.
Emile Boutmy Scholarships for International Students in Sciences Po (France).
Sciences Po established the Emile Boutmy Scholarship in memory of its founder to attract top international students from other countries. It was created to help first-time applicants who were not citizens of the European Union and have been admitted to a University’s Undergraduate or Master’s program. There are many options for the Emily Boutmy Master’s Programme.
